Terms of Service
Effective from: 11th June 2025
By placing an order through the Libby Clark Photography online store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
1. Products Available
You may purchase the following through the online store:
Digital downloads (web-size or high-resolution images)
Printed products (e.g. prints, albums, framed products)
All products are fulfilled via Pixieset and its associated print labs or digital delivery system.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP.
Payments are taken securely via Libby Clark Photography’s payment provider at the point of purchase. No products will be delivered until full payment has been received.
You are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees if using a non-UK card.
3. Digital Products
All digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded, you are deemed to have received the product in full. Please ensure you select the correct resolution or watermark options when purchasing.
4. Print Products
Printed items are produced by professional print labs and may take between 5–15 working days depending on the product and location.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Damaged or faulty items may be eligible for replacement – see section 5.
5. Returns & Refunds
Digital downloads: Non-refundable.
Prints: Only replaced if damaged or defective.
To report an issue, please contact Libby Clark Photography within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
6. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the copyright of Elizabeth Hutchings T/A Libby Clark Photography.
Purchasing a digital download grants you a personal use licence only. You may not resell, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.
If vendors or suppliers wish to use any images, they must contact Libby Clark Photography for a separate licence.
